- Click on the link below "Download QuickSupport" and after this on "Execute".
Note: Depending on your browser the client software can be executed immediately or must be downloaded an started separately.
- Please tell the support stuff the shown Session-ID und the Password. Then a remote maintenance session is established. The data transfer is encoded.
- The support staff can see your desktop and may also start and control programs directly by using the mouse and the keyboard.
- You can cancel the remote maintenance session at any time.
